WINNER’S TROPHIES
Winners' trophies will be presented to the first 3 men & women finishers in the Half marathon and 10km speed challenge Categories.
MERIT CERTIFICATE
All prize money winners of the Half Marathon & 10 km Speed Challenge (as given in the prize money structure above) will receive Merit Certificates certifying their prize money winning positions.
FINISHER MEDAL
All runners who finish will get a Finisher’s Medal to post their run. Medals will not be posted to individual runners.
TIMING CERTIFICATE
The ranking will be based on the Net finish time.
Timing certificates featuring individual timing, and ranking, will be available for download from the event website within 21 days from race day. The ranking will be based on Net finish time.
** Please note that No Timing Chip means No Prize. Timing Chip is a must to participate in the Half Marathon & 10 KM Race.

RULES & REGULATIONs
- Registration can be done online or by sending an email to info@tabono.in
- Only one applicant can apply for the Event using a single form. Also, do not send in more than one entry per person; multiple applications will entail all being rejected.
- Please note no individual/group has been authorized to collect entries for the Lucknow City Half Marathon, Lucknow.
- NO GROUP ENTRIES will be accepted for the Half Marathon or 10 km race category except for the registration done over email communication with the LCHM team.
- One representative can submit application forms for a maximum of 5 individual runners for the Half Marathon or 10 km race category.
- Before sending in your offline application, please check the following –
- Filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form;
- Attach documents as may be required to confirm your entry. (applicable only for Half Marathon and 10 km speed Challenge)
- Attach a copy of your latest passport-sized photograph with your application;
- Attach a copy of your Govt. issued Photo ID proof, i.e. either Passport, Driving license, Pan Card, or Aadhaar card along with the application form.
- Sign the ‘waiver’ in the form;
- If applying for the Joy of Running, and where the applicant is below 10 years of age, the guardian has to sign the ‘waiver’ and write his/her relation with the applicant
The applicant meets the minimum age eligibility criteria for the chosen race category.
Post close of registrations, email confirmations will be sent to all the confirmed participants who have given their valid email id in the application form.
Entries not accepted:
Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your entry is not confirmed for any reason, the entry fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 1st April 2021. An amount of INR 100 will be deducted as processing charges.
Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event Registration Team immediately.
If a confirmed applicant wishes to cancel his/her registration because of any unforeseen circumstances then they should write an email to info@tabono.in
Their registration fees will be refunded after deducting INR 100 as processing fees. No cancellation requests will be entertained post 15th Nov 2022.
Bib Collection
All confirmed participants are required to come to the Expo to collect their running BIB. A participant must collect his/her running bib personally from the Expo. In case of unavoidable circumstances, such a participant can send his/her authorized representative to collect the running bib on his/her behalf. Please note, that a representative will not be allowed to collect running bib on behalf of more than ONE participant. The confirmed runner’s identity and proof of residence may be verified by the LCHM team for validating the details provided by you in the form. Where the identity and/or proof of residence of a runner is found incorrect or incomplete, participation of the said runner will be withheld and there will be no refund of application fees paid by the said runner. Confirmation of applications received will be subject to Entry Rules & Guidelines given herein. Confirmation of applications will also be subject to the Confirmation Criteria. This application form and the right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this entry form are at the sole discretion of the Event Promoters, Tabono Sports & Events. and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.
Prize Money Rules and Details
- Prize Money is applicable only for Runners with Indian Citizenship For the Categories-Half Marathon & 10 KM race as per the rules given hereunder.
- Half Marathon & 10km race category:
- Only confirmed Half Marathon & 10km race men and women runners will be entitled to be considered for prize money given under Chart I and Chart II of the prize money structure
- Only those amateur Half marathon or 10km runners, who finish within 3 hours from the start time and who fall within the finish positions as indicated in the Prize Money Structure, will be entitled to prize money (if any) in their respective age categories
- Finish positions of the Half marathon or 10 KM (men and women) finishers for prize money entitlement will be based on the NET time alone
- In addition to the above, entitlement to finish positions and prize money winnings are subject to
- Bib tag timing captured across all timing points on the course, including at the start and finish mats
- Physical verification by technical officials, and Dope test results (applicable only for the Half marathon or 10km category)
- Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or bib tag with others will be disqualified from the competition. Such runners shall not be entitled to any timing or prize money (where applicable)
- Prize winners declared may be required to submit further proof of identity/age, as may be required by the organizers, for disbursement of prize money
- Prize Money winnings are subject to Income Tax Rules as applicable if any, and would be borne by the winners
Protest and Appeals
Only for the results of Half marathon or 10km overall.
- An athlete and/or his/her representative can appeal to the Race Referee about the official race results declared, in writing, within 30 minutes of the official announcement of the results on race day, of the relevant race category
- When the Race Referee makes a decision, the athlete and/or the representative have the right to appeal to the Jury of Appeal. An appeal to the Jury of Appeal must be made to the officials within 30 minutes –
- of the official announcement of the amended result which has been arrived at from the decision by the Referee, or
- of informing the person protesting that the results will not be amended.
- The decision of the Jury of Appeal shall be final and there shall be no further right of appeal.
